Splash’N Boots want you to join their Heart Parade! On the band’s 13th studio album, Heart Parade, their follow-up to 2019’s Juno Award-winning “You, Me & The Sea”, Nick Adams (Splash) and Taes Leavitt (Boots) are bringing their nearly 20-year legacy of ubiquity in the children’s music landscape to new generations with a fresh set of songs, created with some of their favourite musicians, vocalists and songwriters.Heart Parade is an album about love, being alive, and music that brings generations together. This album is for all types of families, about connecting to the people we love and the people we are the closest to through music. Bringing together artists of different genres and different ages was an important part of this creation.
Contributors to this record include Alice Cooper, Brett Kissel, Johnny Reid, Simon Ward of The Strumbellas and The Wiggles, among a stellar cast of other collaborators, including legends Sharon and Bram, who join the duo on the album’s lead single, “Hey Dum Diddley Dum”.Throughout their storied career, Splash’N Boots have created a global community that’s all about connection - connection to self, to family and to community. They are a uniquely heart-centred live act – their live shows, original music and television content are created with the intention to move and inspire children and families to connect through music, to be fully present with one another, and to experience laughter and joy together. Their mandate is to make every child feel seen and heard, and loved for exactly who they are. This conversation feels more important than ever, in times of global disruption where the most vulnerable need all the help they can get.Splash’N Boots are committed to using their voice to raise awareness for important causes. They are the creators and stewards of a uniquely powerful pen pal program geared towards children with autism, called Lucas’s Letters, which encourages children of all ages and abilities to connect through letterwriting.
Connection is at the core of the Splash’N Boots live experience as well. “It’s a collective experience for us and the audience. Our goal is always connection - bringing kids closer to their families, and also to each other” explains Boots. “Our hope is that our music will connect, and also inspire kids to stand up tall in who they are, and know that they are always loved,” continues Splash. Unique and inventive, they constantly strive to create opportunities for parents and children to share moments.Their original music is enjoyed around the world, with millions of streams on Spotify, Apple Music and other international digital markets.
